recently amit aggarwal of digital inspiration had written a post about social media which includes blog networks blog communities social bookmarking sites directories and blog directories etc and i felt such a post would leave a negative impression on bloggers about social media and strangely problogger darren rowse choose to support amit and hence i was thinking of writing a post on this,but my friend divya was more quick and has written a post on this topic.

i had also seen these posts on problogger and digital inspiration and was wondering why are these people

writing such posts,which raises more questions than

provides answers for.

in past also darren has chosen to ignore topics such as

social media,blog networks,social bookmarking

sites,blog communities,blog directories and directories

like from google-dmoz,msn etc.

besides this its important to note that darren himself

uses digg and is also a part of b5 media.

also note that social media sites are most important

tools for search engine optimization or seo for small

bloggers like you and me and don't go by what the big

boys say on this.
